Cod baked in seaweed
A more exciting way of baking fish, the fish is cooked more gently and the seaweed will also add some flavor (umami).
- Skin- and boneless fish fillet
- Fresh Winged Kelp or Sugar Kelp
- Salt
- Dried Winged Kelp or Sugar Kelp (1 mm)
Spread the seaweed out on a tray or cutting board. Place the fish on it, add salt and dried seaweed before wrapping. Bake the fish at 120 C (250 F) for 15 minutes, or until done.
